Bauld Insurance.

Bauld Insurance is a leading Nova Scotia insurance broker, providing advice to personal and business clients. In January 2019, Bauld Insurance engaged Segmented Marketing to establish a new brand strategy and launch it with a new company website.

Following a very successful brand re-launch, Mr. Spriet continues to operate as the company’s Fractional CMO. He works closely with the President and VP Business Development to develop strategies and manage marketing programs. David manages the annual marketing plan, guiding a team of marketing specialists to deliver marketing-led, business-building results. Branded content marketing, search marketing, social media, website UX, AI measurement, and more have delivered double-digit growth.

 

Truly Nolen.

Truly Nolen is a global pest control brand. In Canada, The Maritimes franchise owner engaged in Segmented Marketing in the Summer of 2021 to lead the marketing function, setting a marketing program to support regional growth plans.

Pest control is a competitive category with a range of operators vying for residential and commercial customers. David was hired under his Fractional CMO program. A robust marketing strategy was developed to support customer lead generation with a broad, multi-channel approach to dominate the competitive search marketing channel. In addition, brand-building campaigns, sales enablement, email marketing, AI measurement and more have been used to support significant revenue growth.

 

Omnia Intranet.

Omnia is a global leading intranet and employee engagement platform. In 2024, Omnia was purchased by Monterro, a private venture firm headquartered in Stockholm. The business was further expanded with the acquisition of intranet competitor, LiveTiles.

As an award-winning intranet platform, Omnia has achieved early success by building a corporate client base in the European market. In January 2022, Omnia engaged David to help grow in North America. Mr. Spriet works closely with the Omnia Global Chief Marketing Officer, helping develop marketing strategies. He plans and executes a range of brand, digital, and lead-generation campaigns targeting clients in Canada and USA.

 

Nxtgen Care

Nxtgen Care is a pioneer, helping senior living facilities with business intelligence & data analytics previously unavailable. The Co-Founders engaged David in March 2019 to strategically transition the business from a brand that lacked target market fit.

Following the brand strategy development and managing the initial brand implementation, David assumed the role of Chief Marketing Officer under the Fractional CMO program. He worked closely with the CEO and President, developing strategic marketing plans and managing ongoing marketing efforts, and operated as the company’s Fractional CMO through the initial launch phase.
